If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Managerial CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform.

We provide tools for managing customers, leads, projects, billing, support tickets, and more.

Service availability is subject to scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues.

We continuously improve our services and may add, modify, or remove features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code.

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

Using the service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications.

Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers.

Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

Infringing on intellectual property rights of others.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

We reserve the right to delete your data 90 days after account termination.

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

You agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.
